About Me

Hello, I’m Catherine from County Durham, North-East England. I’m in my early thirties and live with my partner, cat, two rabbits and our newest member of the family, baby Holly. Now I’ve introduced myself ‘Blind Date’ style, on to what my blog is about.

I hope to post about my experiences in life (the good and the bad), career struggles, travelling with my partner/friends and just surviving in these crazy times. I love creative writing and as well as writing this blog, I’m working on my next novel (and planning future ones). I’m currently working for a company in an unrelated field to my dream which would be to work for myself as a writer. I’m a relatively new Mam so I’m sure there will also be some home truths about that unknown area of life I’ll be keen to share. Maybe I’ll be an expert on poo, wee and sick – try to contain your excitement folks.

I want to share my journey with you because who knows? Maybe you have had the same pitfalls and hang-ups as me?
